As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in bridging technical expertise with business outcomes, working directly with partners to implement and maximize ZayZoon's solutions. This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, as you'll be collaborating with various teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in partner-facing roles, with strong technical foundations in software development, API integration, and systems design. You'll be responsible for understanding complex partner needs, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring successful technical implementations.

Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer
- Collaborate with partners and technical stakeholders throughout pre/post-sales processes
- Understand partner and client products to recommend tailored solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and partner engagement
- Build extensive technical knowledge of products and provide expert guidance
- Support smooth integration of new features into existing systems
- Act as the primary technical expert on product capabilities, integrations, and competitive strengths
Requirements For Solutions Engineer
- 4+ years of working in a partner-facing or enterprise level clients focused role
- Experience in enterprise solutions engineering, sales engineering or partner management
- Strong foundational knowledge in software development, systems design, and engineering principles
- Strong ability to understand and explain complex product functionalities
- Deep knowledge of APIs and data exchange and architecture
- Strong knowledge of architecture patterns
- Experience testing API endpoints using Postman/Insomnia
- Familiarity with development lifecycles, version control systems, and development environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
