Senior Security Engineer

As a Senior Security Engineer at Zeal Group, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in security incident investigations
• Contributing to the management of cyber security tools development
• Performing continuous risk analysis of cloud infrastructure
• Developing and presenting reports on audit findings
• Hardening and enhancing security within cloud infrastructure (GCP and K8s)
• Researching and developing new cyber security monitoring tools
• Assessing security stance of cloud and on-premise deployments
• Supporting internal documentation
• Collaborating with application architects on cyber security requirements
• Implementing automated cyber security measures
• Participating in cyber security team's project activities
• Vendor assessment and comparison
• Continuous improvement of security events monitoring
• Developing alerts, rules, and monitoring automation solutions
• Supporting installation and content development for cyber security tools
• Implementing and automating security of Kubernetes clusters

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• Solid knowledge in cyber security
• Expert in cyber security operations processes
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience with GCP Cloud and CSPM implementation
• Expert knowledge of Terraform, GitLab CI, Qualys
• Knowledge in modern application vulnerability exploitation techniques
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience and skills in Unix
• Strong knowledge in CI/CD
• Experience with security audits
• Knowledge of static and dynamic security scanning tools
• Ability to thrive under stressful situations
• English language proficiency (A2 level minimum)
