Zeal Group, an award-winning Fintech organization founded in 2017, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in C# .NET for their trading systems. With a global presence and a team of 700+ employees, their technology hub is located in Cyprus.
The role focuses on developing and maintaining backend services for trading and dealing operations, requiring expertise in C# and modern software development practices. You'll be working with microservices architecture and collaborating with Dealing, Quant, and Anti-fraud teams.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in C# .NET development, with a strong background in creating scalable web applications. Knowledge of financial and trading systems is a plus. The tech stack includes .NET 6 & 8, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.

Responsibilities For Software Engineer C# .NET (Trading)
- Write clear, reliable, and high-quality code in C#
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for trading and dealing services
- Communicate with Dealing, Quant and Anti-fraud teams to understand their needs and requirements
- Proceed with code review and help maintain code quality in general
Requirements For Software Engineer C# .NET (Trading)
- C# .NET developer with a strong technical background and 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience in creating scalable, reliable, and secure web applications
- Previous involvement in developing systems with a microservices architecture
- Working experience with RDBMS (i.e. MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other)
- Proficiency in writing unit tests using a unit test framework
- Thorough understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- English B1
- Familiarity with financial and trading systems (plus)
- Experience with Kafka or another message queue (plus)
- Experience with Redis or another KV NoSQL storage (plus)
