As an Android engineer in Zeller's devices and hardware team, you will work within a team that is creating new ways for our customers to accept payments. This includes the software that runs on Zeller's terminals and powers our 'tap to pay' experience on mobile devices. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to build diverse software managing the Zeller terminal and product experience for merchants and cardholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Translate business and product requirements into technical designs
  • Build and operate mission-critical payments software
  • Develop Kotlin applications for terminal and mobile app platforms
  • Prioritize software quality through automation

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in native Android development using Kotlin
  • Familiarity with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, Dagger2, and Apollo GraphQL
  • Experience with CLEAN architecture
  • Strong communication skills and desire for collaboration
  • Driven, growth mindset with customer-focused approach
