Growth iOS Swift Engineer

Zen is an innovative healthcare technology company that has developed award-winning posture awareness software applications. With $3.5M in funding from Y Combinator and Valor Equity Partners, they're on a mission to free the world from physical and mental pain through technology.

As their first growth engineer, you'll play a crucial role in their growth experimentation process, inspired by successful startups like Airbnb and Shopify. You'll work directly with the CEO and CTO to create, prioritize, and execute experiments across the customer funnel, focusing on acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

The role involves working with SwiftUI for mobile applications, while also utilizing technologies like Google Cloud Functions, Firestore, ReactJS, and NodeJS. Past experiments have included creating Zoom and Google Meet integrations and building payment portal A/B tests.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of software engineering experience, strong expertise in iOS development (SwiftUI, UIKit, Cocoa Framework), and a passion for working on greenfield projects.
