The role focuses on managing and maintaining the production infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline for Zeotap's Customer Intelligence Platform. Responsibilities For DevOps/SRE Engineer
- Install, manage and maintain production infrastructure
- Manage and maintain CI/CD infrastructure
- Ensure production delivers performance, fault tolerance and high availability
- Optimize infrastructure for cost benefits
- Troubleshoot and solve production issues collaborating with engineering
- Assist engineering in performance tuning and capacity planning
- Responsible for incident and change management services
- Choose/create tools for operation, automation and compliance objectives
- Adhere to company privacy and information security policies
- Complete all awareness trainings assigned on time
Requirements For DevOps/SRE Engineer
- 1-3 years of experience in internet and product companies
- Hands-on experience in maintaining GCP
- Skills in Python scripting language
- Experience in configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef or Puppet)
- Experience in containerized environment with Docker
- Managing builds with Jenkins
- Linux System administration experience
- Good understanding of Networking and OSI model
- Hands-on exposure in deployment of IPSEC tunnels using OpenSwan or Cisco
- Understanding of Linux security controls like CIS benchmarks
