Zeta, a $1.5 billion valued Next-Gen Banking Tech company, is seeking a Business Continuity - Disaster Recovery Engineer to join their Risk & Compliance office. This role is crucial within the Chief Risk & Compliance office, overseeing BCP, Privacy, Compliance, and Audit across multiple geographies including Asia, EU, US & Latam. The position demands a skilled professional to manage business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and risk assessment for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-8 years of experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, preferably from the Banking, Payments, or Fintech sector. They should possess strong technical expertise in cloud architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices, combined with ISO22301 certification and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities For Business Continuity - Disaster Recovery Engineer

  • Define BCP policies and processes and RPO/RTO Objectives
  • Plan and manage Crisis Management simulations and Disaster Recovery testing
  • Coordinate global Business Continuity awareness programme
  • Conduct post implementation reviews of IT systems and production applications
  • Perform Business continuity related risk assessments
  • Conduct Training & Drills for emergency situations
  • Manage ISO 22301 certifications
  • Conduct regular business impact assessments
  • Act as SPOC for BC related compliances

Requirements For Business Continuity - Disaster Recovery Engineer

Kubernetes
  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/ME in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3-8 years experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • ISO22301 - Lead auditor and implementer certified
  • Experience with microservices & data systems on public and private clouds
  • Knowledge of Data center & Network architecture
  • Understanding of agile development practices
  • SRE/DevOps Experience
  • BFS/Payment/Fintech domain experience - MBCP/CBPC certified
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
