Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our SaaS products. You'll configure and maintain our solutions, provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with internal teams to resolve product-related challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configuring and maintaining products based on customer requirements
• Providing technical support via various communication channels
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Participating in on-call rotations for 24/7 customer support

We're looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in technical support or software implementation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SQL and Postman (required)
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Javascript, Bash, or Perl (preferred)
• Basic DevOps concepts understanding (e.g., updating helm charts, kubectl commands)
