Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer
- Design, develop, evaluate, and refine machine learning models and algorithms for personalized workout recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative product features
- Create detailed design documents outlining the technical aspects of new features
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to generate insights and inform future developments
- Prototype and implement new features in production, serving thousands of active users
- Monitor feature performance and user feedback to iteratively optimize algorithms
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong background in classical machine learning, with experience working with structured data
- Proficiency in software engineering, particularly with Python
- A keen focus on the end user, with a strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Experience with LLMs (prompt engineering and fine-tuning) preferred
- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests preferred
- Degree in Mathematics, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
