Zinovo LATAM, a strategic staffing arm of the global Salesforce consulting firm Zinovo, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will focus on tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs to drive business solutions and shape the digital landscape. The role involves meeting with clients to determine requirements, performing configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform, participating in testing and documentation efforts, and providing technical assistance. The position requires fluent English proficiency (B2 level or higher), Salesforce certifications, 4-6+ years of Salesforce developer experience, and specialized skills in Java/C#, Javascript, and SQL/NoSQL technologies. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the company's culture and enhancing their professional network. Zinovo LATAM's working hours are from 6 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, and the position offers remote work options in LATAM countries.
Responsibilities For Senior Salesforce Developer LATAM
- Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements
- Participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
- Implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the Salesforce platform
- Participate in testing, training, and documentation efforts
- Participate in the sales cycle as needed
- Produce tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
- Perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes for the Salesforce platform
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain updated ticketing
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development
- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting
Requirements For Senior Salesforce Developer LATAM
- Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and either Platform App Builder or Salesforce Administrator certifications
- 4-6+ years with Salesforce developer experience including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce and Aura/Lightning Web Components
- Specialized skills: previous Java/C#, Javascript, SQL/NoSQL technologies
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns and development
- Experience working with version control, specifically Git
- Highly motivated with intense work ethic
- Maniacally organized, independent, and an outside thinker
- Appreciates feedback and direction, yet a self-starter who can run on their own ideas
- Wizard with organization and multi-tasking
