Software Engineer (iOS)

Join Zip's Technology function as a Software Engineer (iOS) in the Mobile squad. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining seamless, secure, and sustainable platforms that enable customers to shop with confidence and merchant partners to grow their brands. In this role, you'll own the delivery of solutions to engineering problems, support and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, and deliver the Engineering and Product roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching engineering best practices
• Developing, supporting, and providing technical guidance to reduce complexity
• Guiding the team on delivering quality-focused solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional squads to discover and validate technical problems
• Identifying and managing risks

You'll bring to the team:

• Experience working with Swift/RxSwift/Swift UI
• Experience with MVVM & Clean Architecture
• Understanding and knowledge of Snapkit
• Experience and understanding of the iOS application lifecycle
• General knowledge of design patterns and algorithms
