As a senior technical leader in the Infrastructure & Data Engineering team, you'll drive critical initiatives using Azure, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. You'll be responsible for establishing DevOps and SRE practices, implementing secure and scalable cloud solutions, and mentoring engineering teams. The position combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership, requiring expertise in cloud architecture, security, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities For Staff Platform Engineer
- Lead architectural design and implementation of scalable platform solutions on Azure
- Establish and champion SRE and DevOps best practices
- Architect secure cloud infrastructure using Azure and Terraform
- Define containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes
- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Define and enforce security and compliance standards
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
- Lead full-stack development for internal tools
- Produce detailed documentation and internal wikis
Requirements For Staff Platform Engineer
- 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, and data engineering
- Mastery of Terraform with experience implementing complex, secure IaC solutions
- Advanced understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
- Expertise in logging, monitoring, and observability tools
- Strong background in security best practices and compliance automation
- Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ETL/Data experience and Azure experience preferred
