Staff / Senior Machine Learning Engineer (LLM), AI Lab

The role focuses on advancing Zip's AI capabilities, including document extraction, AI assistant features, and risk detection systems. As a Staff/Senior ML Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and improving AI models while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and quantify impact.
