Splunk ITSI Engineer II

Zivaro is seeking a Splunk ITSI Engineer II to join their dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role is part of their growing Splunk Managed Services team, where you'll be instrumental in managing, administering, and troubleshooting Client Splunk Enterprise Deployments and Applications. The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 and comes with comprehensive benefits.

As a DI-OPS Engineer – Tier II, you'll work directly with Splunk Managed Services clients, helping them with everything from building queries and dashboards to complex Splunk Enterprise administration. You'll be responsible for analyzing security threats, maintaining system documentation, and participating in client meetings to discuss infrastructure trends and improvements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Splunk or IT Security, preferably with an Associate degree in a related field and Splunk Administration Certification. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent client communication skills, as you'll be working directly with some of Zivaro's biggest and most critical clients.
