As a NetSuite Developer at Zone & Co, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial technology solutions. You'll customize and optimize NetSuite applications, integrate with external systems, and ensure our solutions meet evolving customer needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing impactful customizations on the NetSuite platform from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Translating complex fintech needs into actionable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Optimizing business processes through scripted improvements and custom configurations.
• Developing scalable, efficient code that adheres to best practices.
• Conducting thorough testing and documentation to maintain system reliability.
• Staying updated on NetSuite innovations and industry trends to enhance functionality.
• Providing training and support to users, empowering them with new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of NetSuite development experience; certifications preferred (NetSuite Certified Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer II).
• Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
