As an IT Support Engineer, you'll join their Global IT team of 200+ international professionals, focusing on providing comprehensive IT support and system engineering solutions. The role combines hands-on technical support with infrastructure management, requiring expertise in cloud platforms, security, and system administration. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure while supporting users across global operations. Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer
- Perform L1 to L3 Support as required
- Configure, deploy, maintain Google Workspace Policies, Okta policies
- Manage workload in Azure and GCP including IAM and security
- Build, deploy, maintain backup processes for disaster recovery
- Applications, SOE packaging, deployment using Kandji, MDM
- Applications, OS, hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation
- Build, develop WAN/LAN/WLAN network infrastructure
- Configuration of fortinet firewalls rules, routing & switching
- Configure SaaS systems alerts, security logs auditing and monitoring
Requirements For IT Support Engineer
- Minimum 7 years experience in Level 3 system administration/engineer role
- Experience supporting 300+ users globally via phone, email, face to face, remote
- Experience working with 24/7 support roster
- Experience with Windows 11, Apple environments, mac OS, iOS
- Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Office 365 Azure AD, Kandji
- Knowledge of RMM, MDM, Endpoint Protection, Remote Management tools
- Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure
- Cybersecurity knowledge and relevant industry certification
- Scripting and automation experience
- ITIL experience and certificate preferred
- Industry certifications from Microsoft, Google, OKTA
- Excellent troubleshooting experience
- Good understanding of ITIL
- Great communication skills
