Senior Platform Engineer

Zoox is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their IT Platform Operations team, offering a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $220,000. This role combines traditional infrastructure management with cutting-edge technology in the autonomous vehicle sector.

The position requires an experienced professional with 8+ years in enterprise environments, focusing on Microsoft Windows/Linux administration and cloud infrastructure. The role involves managing corporate AD services, Windows servers, and VMware-based virtual desktop infrastructure with NVIDIA vGPU integration.

Key responsibilities include maintaining Windows Servers and Active Directory, developing automation workflows, supporting VDI environments, and managing both on-premises and AWS cloud resources. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting abilities in PowerShell and Bash, along with extensive experience in vSphere/ESXI environments.
