Senior/Staff Safety Research Engineer, Human Factors Modeling

The role requires a Ph.D. in Human Factors or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in modeling and analyzing human road user behavior. Your expertise in experimental design, multivariate statistical methodologies, and programming (Python) will be essential for developing sophisticated models of road user behavior.

Key responsibilities include developing behavioral models using various data sources, standardizing processes for human road user parameters, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of road user behavior. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall safety risk assessment that influences technology development decisions.

The position offers competitive compensation ($155,000-$230,000) plus Amazon RSUs and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights.
