As a Customer Success Developer at Zscaler, you will be responsible for developing scalable and secure applications and tools that meet client needs. You'll work with both back-end and front-end technologies to deliver high-performing web applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Python and JavaScript
  • Designing secure, scalable applications using frameworks like Django, Flask, React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers and front-end developers
  • Writing clean, efficient code and conducting code reviews
  • Resolving performance issues and bugs
  • Implementing security best practices
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technologies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of development experience
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, including relevant frameworks
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and database systems
  • Knowledge of security best practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of network protocols and IT security concepts

This remote position is based in the UK and reports to the UK-based Sr. Manager Automation and Tooling. Responsibilities For Customer Success Developer

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications with a focus on using Python and JavaScript
