Description For Customer Success Engineer

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success Engineering team. As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll work collaboratively with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive adoption, value, and customer outcomes across all segments. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers through technical workshops, providing technical recommendations, presenting at Customer User Groups, and delivering internal technical sessions to Customer Success Managers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical 1:1 workshops with customers
  • Provide technical recommendations to increase Value Realization
  • Present best practices and recommendations at Customer User Groups
  • Deliver internal technical sessions to Customer Success Managers
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing positions (e.g., Sales Engineer)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Ability to simplify content for various audiences
  • Understanding of technology and its business implications
  • Consultative nature and self-awareness
  • Technical expertise in Enterprise IT, internet protocols, security technologies, authentication systems, and web-based security solutions
