Requirements For Customer Success Engineer

Linux
  • 5+ years work experience in customer facing positions at Enterprise level businesses
  • Ability to frame and simplify content for technical, management and executive audiences
  • Ability to understand technology and translate to business implications
  • German native and English language skills
  • Expert in 2+ areas: Internet & Routing Protocols, Security Technologies, Authentication systems, Web security solutions, Traffic Forwarding
