As a Customer Success Engineer at Zscaler, you'll join a dynamic team focused on driving customer satisfaction and technical excellence. You'll work directly with Customer Success and Sales teams to enhance product adoption and value realization across all customer segments. Your role involves conducting technical workshops, providing environment-specific recommendations, and presenting at Customer User Groups to share best practices.
The position requires strong technical expertise in enterprise IT, security protocols, and network infrastructure, combined with excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese. You'll be instrumental in translating technical concepts into business value, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
