The role of Designated Support Engineer sits within our Customer Success Organization, a global team dedicated to delivering high-impact customer experiences. As a Designated Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for complex security and network problem debugging, partnering with Engineering teams, and serving as a technical mentor. You'll play a vital role in reproducing and resolving customer issues, developing training programs, and contributing to product development through direct customer insights.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SSL, HTTP, TCP/IP troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with public cloud platforms. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values innovation and technical excellence.
