Description For DLP Engineer

Responsibilities For DLP Engineer

  • Provide Level II technical support for DLP solutions, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Assist customers with DLP-related issues via phone, email, and remote sessions
  • Manage and prioritize support cases, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities
  • Contribute to knowledge base development and maintenance
  • Work closely with support engineers across Zscaler TAC teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

Requirements For DLP Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, with 2 years in DLP/CASB solutions
  • Proficiency in DLP technologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of data protection principles
  • Experience with network security, endpoint security, and cloud security
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 global support environment
