Implementation Engineer

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their team in Tel Aviv, Israel. This role is part of the Engineering team that built the world's largest cloud security platform and continues to innovate.

As an Implementation Engineer, you will:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions based on client requirements
• Implement data mapping and transformation processes
• Develop customizations using Python on Avalor's customization layer
• Participate in client calls to understand technical needs and demonstrate implemented capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations
• Conduct product training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team
• Document implementation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides

The ideal candidate should have:

• 4+ years of practical experience in a related field
• Programming experience in Python or JavaScript
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience in data modeling methodologies
• Strong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Preferred qualifications include:

• Familiarity with cybersecurity products, concepts, and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
