  • Provide technical assistance and support for IT Helpdesk requests
  • Resolve technical issues for employees
  • Manage PC/Laptop setup and deployment for new employees
  • Maintain daily performance monitoring of computer systems
  • Monitor inventory and software licenses

Requirements For IT Helpdesk Engineer

Linux
  • 3-8 years experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Background in TCP/IP, IP networking knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange / Gmail, Windows OS, and Office Applications
  • Knowledge of Phone System, VoIP, VMWare ESX/ESXi preferred
  • Experience in Linux OS and basic services preferred
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience preferred
