We're seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our Product Support team. Reporting to the Manager of Product Support, you'll be responsible for providing Tier II support, debugging complex security/network problems, collaborating with Engineering for testing and troubleshooting, and reproducing customer issues to provide feedback to Engineering and Operations teams.
