Description For Senior Courseware Developer

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company serving thousands of enterprise customers including 40% of Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a Senior Courseware Developer to join their Platform Training team. This role is crucial in developing engaging technical product training content that enables learners to effectively use Zscaler technology.

As a Senior Courseware Developer, you will:

  • Develop learning experiences for administrators, engineers, and cybersecurity professionals
  • Create instructor-led materials including slides, lab guides, and train-the-trainer collateral
  • Collaborate with Instructional designers on demos, recorded lectures, and eLearning content
  • Work with tools like MS Office, RISE, Articulate360, and Evolve for content development

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role with a security or networking SaaS product
  • Proven ability to develop learning content for technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of cloud security and networking technologies (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud & Articulate 360 (a plus)
  • A passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals
