As a Senior Customer Success Engineer based in Germany, you'll be part of the EMEA Customer Success Engineering organization. You'll work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive value and customer outcomes across all segments. Your role involves engaging with large customers through technical workshops, providing environmental recommendations, and presenting at customer events like Zscaler User Groups.
Key responsibilities include delivering technical sessions to Customer Success Managers, building adoption playbooks, and working cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Support teams. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in customer-facing positions at enterprise-level businesses and be fluent in both German and English.
