Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As part of the Engineering team that built the world's largest cloud security platform, you'll play a crucial role in managing the global cloud platform infrastructure and driving the transformation to a world-leading SRE organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the global cloud platform infrastructure
• Being a driving force in transforming Zscaler into a world-leading SRE organization
• Improving organizational excellence by building scalable process frameworks for rapid responses to availability issues
• Reducing toil through automation and tooling, with a complete intolerance for manual work

Key qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional SRE experience
• Proficiency in Python/Go and scripting languages like Bash
• Expert-level knowledge of infrastructure components including Linux, Networking (Protocols/Load Balancer/Firewall), Observability, and databases
• Experience in driving automation-first environments and building tooling at scale
• Ability to promote best practices for reliability within the Engineering Department
