Staff Network Engineer

Zscaler, the world's largest cloud security platform operator, is seeking a Staff Network Engineer to join their Cloud Ops team. As a Staff Network Engineer, you'll be part of a remote team based in Netherlands, reporting to the EMEA Manager of Network Engineering. You'll be responsible for deploying, operating, monitoring, and supporting Zscaler's worldwide production network across multiple data centers. The role requires participation in on-call rotation during weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience with high-speed fiber Ethernet networks, expert-level knowledge of BGP routing, and deep understanding of various protocols including DNS, HTTPS, GRE, and IPsec. You'll be working with a team that processes tens of billions of transactions daily, scanning a petabyte of data for 15 million users globally.
