As a Staff Software Engineer in our Customer Reliability Engineering team, you'll be at the forefront of developing solutions and observability tools for early detection and prevention of cloud and customer issues. You'll collaborate with other engineering teams to lead reliable solutions and guide industry-leading reliability of the Zscaler Cloud. Additionally, you'll work closely with product management to align technical strategies with our goals and contribute to the product roadmap.
We're seeking candidates with 8+ years of experience in Software Development and QA engineering, proficient in C/C++, Python, and Linux. You should have experience in network security products and good knowledge of technologies like firewall, VPN, data protection, and L4-L7 Networking Protocols. Experience in developing automation for troubleshooting and monitoring purposes is crucial.
Preferred qualifications include experience delivering products as cloud-based services, troubleshooting/evaluating critical customer issues, and engaging technical teams to discuss use cases, review feature/function requirements, and define solutions.
