Technical Partner Enablement Engineer

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Technical Partner Enablement Engineer to join their Partner Enablement Team. This role is crucial in accelerating programs and initiatives for Zscaler's partners. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams including Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to build deep engagement with all partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering partner accreditation programs and product update enablement
• Supporting monthly Partner Enablement webinars and events
• Helping develop partner certifications
• Establishing expertise on Zscaler's products and sales methodology
• Facilitating training sessions and creating technical content
• Leveraging data to identify gaps and learning opportunities for partners

The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in relationship building, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering and be comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
