The Enterprise Solutions Engineer role focuses on ensuring enterprise customers succeed with Zyte's SaaS products, particularly the Zyte API - their next-generation website access solution. This position bridges technical expertise with customer success, requiring both strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of customer success and technical implementation, helping enterprise clients achieve their business goals through Zyte's platform. You'll be responsible for technical onboarding, monitoring usage, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic recommendations for platform utilization.
The ideal candidate should have experience with web scraping technologies, strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. You'll be working with cutting-edge open-source technologies while enjoying the flexibility of remote work in a global, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities For Enterprise Solutions Engineer
- Onboard new enterprise SaaS customers and provide technical advice on platform utilization
- Review contract agreements for existing customers
- Monitor Enterprise customers' usage during trial periods
- Work with Technical Support to manage customer issues
- Work with CSMs as Customer advocate for Escalated/At Risk Accounts
- Provide recommendations for customers' tech stack and configure Zyte API
- Improve internal troubleshooting/monitoring tools and documentation
- Identify product feature gaps and work with Product teams on enhancements
Requirements For Enterprise Solutions Engineer
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English
- Experience with crawling, extracting and processing web data
- Comfortable taking ownership in business critical situations
- Logical, data-backed approach to prioritizing projects
- Experience in Python and JavaScript
- Experience in Google BigQuery, Grafana or similar
- Experience with Scrapy and other web-scraping frameworks (preferred)
- Previous customer facing experience (preferred)
- Data visualization skills (preferred)
