Make Sure To Set This Up With Your Manager To Ace Your Performance Review

  • Work with your manager to figure out which peers you should request feedback from at the end of the cycle: They may already have a bunch of peers in mind!
  • Once you figure out these key peers, talk with them upfront about your goals, especially if they're ambitious and you're gunning for promotion. Work with them early to build this relationship, especially if they're more senior.
