2. **Get maximum value from questions** - Ask high-quality questions and ask follow-up questions to really understand the answers your teammates give you and the systems they followed to arrive at those answers. Your goal is to learn skills in a sustainable way that makes you more independent as opposed to needing hand-holding all the time.
