Advice on last h1b attempt!
Currently I work at Qualcomm and I have one last attempt remaining at H1B which will I get to know at the end of march next year.
I am quite dissatisfied with my salary here and looking to shift. Are there companies which hire on last h1b attempt? I still have more than a year on my STEM OPT left.

25 days agoTech Lead @ Robinhood, Meta, Course HeroFolks on their last attempt are riskier, so it's really only the Big Tech companies who are willing to take that risk. Off the top of my head, I know the following companies support this: Google, LinkedIn, Uber, VMWare (maybe not after acquisition), Amazon
These are the companies that pretty much everyone wants to get into anyways (especially those on visas), so this doesn't change your behavior much.
