[feature request] Filters for courses in the taro web app

Thanks for the feedback! I 100% agree that picking up on a course where you left off is way too hard in the web app than it should be right now 😅

We are currently working on a massive overhaul of how courses are organized and displayed on the Taro website:

• We will create learning paths like "Grow From Senior To Staff" and "Land Your Dream Job In Tech" which organize related courses into a curated order to accomplish a broader career goal
• We will sticky your last viewed course to the top of the homepage, so you can easily pick up where you left off
• We will change the courses tab to match mobile with its simple "In Progress", "Saved", and "Completed" sorting pills

We're in the holiday season right now, so we can't deliver this by end of year, but we should be able to finish all of this in January 2025.
