List of companies besides Google that you’ve heard respond well to accommodation requests for testing anxiety / neurodivergents / ADHD ? (e.g. more time for live coding interview, flexible with breaks, headsup on question 1 hour prior to interview, etc.)
(Updated with list of companies with good and bad reputation for accommodations)
Personally haven't asked for accommodations but I'm compiling a list for folks who need them. I updated the original post with my list so far from asking around, will update as I accumulate info :)
Thanks for doing this! Great list to start off. I'll signal boost this to get more folks in the community to contribute.
It's cool that Google does that! Unfortunately, this is a relatively uncommon use-case and I imagine most companies wouldn't allow for it. I looked online and couldn't find much. I heard Microsoft has accommodations, but I'm not 100% confident in that.
I also recommend tackling the anxiety on your own by following the advice in my job searching course: Having The Right Mentality
I'm referring to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations for learning disabilities (e.g. ADHD) which are not mitigated by having the right mentality. This is why I'm asking in a forum though, I'm hoping other Taro members will speak up about their experiences :-)

Are there companies besides Google that you've had a good experience with? As a senior engineer, I imagine you've run into more? I recommend adding a bigger list to the original post to encourage more folks to share.
On the flip side, companies that don't do a good job here would be very useful to know as well.
