What does Taro have in store for 2025?

The topics we'll cover will unlock tremendous career growth for many SWEs, but I'm also excited for the instructors we're working with! We're getting some of the best people in the industry to teach these critical skills:

• Writing effectively for Software Engineers
• Code review
• Side projects
• Software internship guide
• Startups/fundraising
• A least 5+ others

A few other initiatives we have planned in the next few months:

• Learning pathways. As we get more courses, we need a way to organize them based on the "job to be done". We'd like to make it much simpler for you to get a tailored list of courses/recommendations based on your goal (find a job, get promoted, build side projects, etc)
• Deeper job searching utility. Right now, we have the job board, which is a collection of high-quality engineering jobs. But we'd like to go a step further by showing you the types of questions and formats you should expect. We want to help you discover jobs and also act as a jumping off point to prepare for the job.
