When you're so early on, the one major advantage you have is the personal touch and the fact that you care deeply. The language here makes me feel like you're a faceless big company. I don't want to talk to someone from the Yoga Plus Tech team, I want to talk to you. The terms and conditions make me feel a bit nervous.
