I have never even heard of them. It would help if you could include a link to the company, a quick explainer of what they do, and considerations in the offer.
I also recommend using Slack for questions like this. Taro Q&A is good for discussions that have durable value -- this question is only applicable to a small number of people who are interested in this company, and it's unlikely you'll find someone to help.
