Meta E4 Team Match timelines

A lot of folks have gotten into Meta recently, and I've largely heard that it takes at most a month (2-5 weeks). Being stranded in team match sucks, so I highly recommend just joining the first team you meet with decent vibes, particularly from the engineering manager. There is no such thing as the "perfect" team, especially at current day Meta. If your manager is solid, you should be able to make it work. Nowadays, the onus is more on the engineer to make the team work for them, not the other way around.
