First, I recommend our masterclass on choosing a good team and company as a software engineer.
Overall, it seems like the company is a good place now? They had a massive layoff during covid (this completely makes sense knowing India's pandemic response), but it seems like they're recovering now. Getting in early could mean locking in a low share price.
I looked on Crunchbase and they seem to be still be private, so this thread about how to evaluate a startup could be helpful as well.
