Hi all, I'm a mid-level frontend/fullstack engineer preparing for L4/Eng II web full-stack engineer and front-end engineer technical interviews scheduled at Spotify and other medium to large non-FAANG tech companies. I have been practicing leetcode/AlgoExpert problems on my own the last few months and have recently done some live technical coding interviews at other non-target companies, but want to schedule a few more live mock technical interviews in the next few weeks before the initial technical screen interviews at target companies.
What resources would you recommend for live mock interviews to practice:
DSA/algorithms/leetcode questions
Core web domain and vanilla JavaScript and CSS fundamentals (like without using libraries like React).
For #2, I feel more confident that I can prepare for sufficiently by myself but a live mock interview would be a nice to have.
Several years ago I recall hearing Pramp was good for mock interviews, but appreciate any advice on what's the best currently!
Thanks!
I believe Brilliant Black Minds can help if your a POC.
This is gonna ruffle some feathers, but I think that the best way to prep for technical interviews is just to do more technical interviews. The nerves are the worst part for most people. You can farm early/mid stage startups for technical interviews tbh (if you already generate tons of interviews)
Have you tried mocks on Hello Interview? I tried them and I was pretty happy with the feedback.
I don’t believe they have mocks for JavaScript however.

Were you able to gather any data points about how you could improve your interviewing skills when you interviewed at the non-target companies? I would recommend journaling out where your weaknesses and work on those. Otherwise, it might not be worthwhile to do more prep just to get reps because you could be getting diminishing returns.
You can also ask your engineer friends to help with the interview prep in exchange for dinner.
Thanks everyone, appreciate your advice!
