Have upcoming screen round with Snorkel AI's HM who is also the director of engineering. Recruiter mentioned its going to be behavioral. How can I prepare better for this round?
It's really nice that they removed any ambiguity and just told you that it would be behavioral (many companies unfortunately don't give this level of clarity to candidates).

The one thing I want to add is that the hiring manager, in particular, will be interested in your background and motivations to join the team. So that means:
