Anduril SWE vs Meta Business Engineer
I've received offers from 2 companies for a summer internship -- a swe at anduril and business engineer at meta. not sure which to pick. location is not super importation.
I value long term career growth, ability to work on interesting projects, getting RO, and ofc resume prestige
Anduril has ng TC of 225k according to levels vs. meta at 180. anduril also seems to be the next palantir wrt being able to get paid by the gov which has really positive outlook. but not sure if its better than meta

ooh. I'd take the Anduril SWE option. Not because your stocks will hit the moon, but because you'll stay a software engineer.
As a business engineer, you wouldn't do as much hardcore coding.
**take this with a grain of salt though, some more informed people will have better opinions. But one thing is for sure, please don't count on the non-cash portion of TC at a non-public company (you'll only end up disappointed)

I'd definitely take Anduril SWE: hot company, competitive comp. Many Anduril people will be ex-FAANG, so you should have an easy time going to Big Tech if you wanted.
Business engineer at Meta is treated as "lesser than" software engineer.
