What are the effective ways or things to keep in mind, to effectively communicate to technical(Data Analyst,Data Science,Software Engineers) and non-technical audience(Executive,Prod Managers).
My general baseline is keep things simple:
No 2 people will have the same understanding, the line of thought, domain knowledge, familiarity with the English language. The simple something is, the less time it will take to understand. The less time is takes to get value from something, the more people will engage with that something.
This is especially true for executives/upper management since they have much less time than an average employee. And unfortunately, they have the most say over an individual's career despite their much more limited view (which is due to the scarcity of their time): they will often make decisions from a few glances over what you've done.
