What questions to ask to know for any new potential company?
Currently, I have interviewed many companies and got many offers. However, I am struggling on what company/team to choose to maximize my potential impact and career growth in the future? What questions do I need to ask so that I will know better which team/company is best fit for me?

First, I highly recommend the 1.5 hour masterclass we gave on finding the best team/company for you.
It looks like career growth is a big priority for you (makes sense that you're a Taro Premium member and currently an L4), so I recommend these other discussions as well (also from mid-level engineers looking for senior scope):
- "What questions can I ask to my to-be manager about the team I'll be joining?"
- "What questions can I ask a potential new team?"
In terms of questions more tailored to your scenario, I would love to understand more about what your career goals are. Where do you want to be in 1, 2, and 5 years? A tech lead that's L5/L6? An engineering manager? An industry leader on a specialization like Computer Vision? If you don't have a clear picture on what that looks like, that's completely fine (I see this a lot with L3/L4 engineers), but it will hold back your ability to really ask sharp questions vetting a team.
