Being able to hack together a solution, even if it's not pretty. Basically, you can unblock yourself and don't need someone to explain all the details for you.
Asking good questions about why the team is working on something, and what alternatives were considered.
They manage their time well - They make good use of focus blocks, consistently get work done, and are able to prioritize.
They really care about doing things right - The most common way to do this is through the code, which we cover a lot in the code review session.
They work very well with others - These are the kinds of people you enjoy working with and especially helping. Something tactical they do here is that they're very sincere and frequent with their thanks. You can mirror this behavior by thanking people more often, showing heavier appreciation on top of just saying "Thanks", and thanking a person's manager when they go above and beyond.
